Firstly, a portion of INTERPOL Red Notices are publicly searchable via the official INTERPOL website’s Wanted Persons section. However, most notices are not made public — their absence from the public database does not confirm that no notice exists.
The most reliable method is to submit a formal Request to Access to INTERPOL’s Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files (CCF).
